On January 1, 2025, it was announced that Alexander had undergone an arthroscopic surgery on his knee, likely ending his season. On January 4, 2025, the Green Bay Packers officially placed him on injured reserve. He finished the 2024 NFL season with only 16 combined tackles (15 solo), seven pass deflections, two interceptions, a fumble recovery, and a touchdown in seven games and seven starts. He received an overall grade of 75.2 from Pro Football Focus, which ranked 24th among 223 qualifying cornerbacks in 2024.
