Jacques Brautbar was born in Los Angeles on March 14, 1979. He began his career in music as founder, guitarist, arranger, and songwriter for Phantom Planet''.'' While a full-time band member, he collaborated on three singles: "Lonely Day," "Big Brat," and "California" which was the theme song to the show ''
