''. This single is also the first one not to reach the top of the German singles chart. "Geronimo's Cadillac" was released in Germany and in other European territories on 6 October 1986. The single peaked at No. 3 on the German single chart on 3 November 1986, almost a month after its release.
The single spent five weeks within the top-10 and total of 13 weeks on the top-100 in Germany.
While "Geronimo's Cadillac" also entered the top-5 in Austria, it managed to enter the top-10 in Switzerland, Sweden and Norway.
