Frrole’s Topical Intelligence product provides real-time contextual insights about topics and categories. It does this by analysing universal data sets like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram using standard and custom-built algorithms around Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing. In August 2015, Frrole launched its People Intelligence product, which analyses users behind social conversations and provides insights like their psychometric profile, purchase behavior, interests graph, and brand affinity.
