Both Easynet Global Services and Easynet Connect were combined with MDNX existing brands to form a single organisation which now trades as Easynet. The acquisition was backed by Equistone Partners Europe Limited, one of Europe’s leading mid-market private equity managers, who hold a majority stake in the organisation. LDC has reinvested in the organisation to acquire a minority stake alongside the MDNX management.
