Williams worked as a high school football coach from 2005 to 2012. He was formerly the head coach for the Oak Ridge Pioneers football team of Oak Ridge High School in Orlando, Florida. He was also an assistant coach at Astronaut high school in Titusville, Fl. Elijah Williams
