Almine Rech Ruiz-Picasso ( Rech) is a French art dealer and owner of the eponymous contemporary art gallery. The gallery has exhibition spaces in Paris, Brussels, London, New York and Shanghai. The gallery opened in 1997 in Paris. Early life and education Almine Rech was born in Paris to a Vietnamese-French mother and a French father, Georges Rech, who founded one of France's first ready-to-wear labels in the 1960s. She took up painting and drawing in high school and while at boarding school in Switzerland before studying art, cinema and literature at Faculté des lettres de Paris and the École du Louvre. The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross (german: Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes) and its variants were the highest awards in the military of the Third Reich during World War II. The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded for a wide range of reasons and across all ranks, from a senior commander for skilled leadership of his troops in battle to a low-ranking soldier for a single act of extreme gallantry. A total of 7,321 awards were made between its first presentation on 30 September 1939 and its last bestowal on 17 June 1945. This number is based on the analysis and acceptance of the Order commission of the Association of Knight's Cross Recipients (AKCR). Anthony Rech (born July 9, 1992) is a French professional ice hockey forward who is currently playing for the Iserlohn Roosters of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga (DEL). Rech is also a member of the French national team. Playing career After spending the first 8 years of his professional career in the French Ligue Magnus, Rech opted to continue his career in Germany, agreeing to a one-year contract after a successful try-out tenure with the Schwenninger Wild Wings of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga (DEL) on September 4, 2017. Following the conclusion of his contract with the Wild Wings at the completion of the 2018–19 season, Rech left the club as a free agent and signed a one-year contract to remain in the DEL, joining Grizzlys Wolfsburg on March 12, 2019.
