Reborn Doll
A reborn doll is a hand made art doll created from a blank kit or a manufactured doll that has been transformed by an artist to resemble a human infant with as much realism as possible. The process of creating a reborn doll is referred to as reborning and the doll artists are referred to as reborners. Reborn dolls are also known as ''lifelike dolls'' or ''reborn baby dolls''. The hobby of creating reborn baby dolls began in the early 1990s when doll enthusiasts wanted more realistic dolls. Since then, an industry and community surrounding reborn dolls has emerged. Reborn dolls are primarily purchased online but are available at fairs. Depending on craftsmanship, they range in price from hundreds to thousands of dollars. Reborning involves numerous time-consuming steps. The most basic form of the process involves taking a vinyl doll, adding multiple hand painted layers of paint, and adding other physical features to the doll. Artists can pick different brands to best suit the dol ... [...More Info...]       [...Related Items...]     OR:     [Wikipedia]   [Google]   [Baidu]   |

Reborn (Kids See Ghosts Song)
"Reborn" is a song by American hip hop duo Kids See Ghosts, composed of the rappers Kanye West and Kid Cudi, from their eponymous debut studio album (2018). The song was produced by the latter of the two members and Dot da Genius, while co-produced by Plain Pat and Evan Mast, with additional production from Benny Blanco. The lead producers wrote it alongside West and Mast. Prior to release, Kid Cudi had posted about being reborn. Dot da Genius recorded with the duo in 2018; he recalled West as unifying him and Cudi's musical interests. According to Kid Cudi, the song is supposed to sound as if it continues questions he asked in the past. An anthemic track, "Reborn" relies on varying lullaby style chords. Lyrically, its message is about being reborn from mental illness; Kids See Ghosts address the personal issues they have overcome. The song received generally positive reviews from music critics, who were often appreciative of the duo's lyricism. Some selected the song as a st ... Reborn (Arcobaleno)
The characters of the '' Reborn!'' manga and anime series, known in Japan as ''Katekyō Hitman Reborn!'', are created by Akira Amano. Set in a fictional town called Namimori in modern Japan, the series' main protagonists are of Japanese descent. The story centers on middle school student Tsunayoshi "Tsuna" Sawada, who finds out that he is the heir to the most powerful Mafia family, the Vongola. The current Vongola boss thus sends his most trusted member, the titular character and infant hitman, Reborn, to train the future boss. Tsuna gradually becomes a more confident person and leader, while Reborn slowly recruits members into Tsuna's own Mafia family, which mostly includes Tsuna's schoolmates. Though they encounter new allies in the form of other hitmen and mafiosi, they also attract attention from tho ... Born Again (other)
Born again, or to experience the new birth, is a phrase, particularly in evangelicalism, that refers to a "spiritual rebirth", or a regeneration of the human spirit. In contrast to one's physical birth, being "born again" is distinctly and separately caused by baptism in the Holy Spirit, it is not caused by baptism in water. It is a core doctrine of the denominations of the Anabaptist, Moravian, Methodist, Quaker, Baptist, Plymouth Brethren and Pentecostal Churches along with all other evangelical Christian denominations. All of these Churches strongly believe Jesus's words in the Gospels: "You must be born again before you can see, or enter, the Kingdom of Heaven." Their doctrines also mandate that to be both "born again" and "saved", one must have a personal and intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. The term ''born again'' has its origin in the New Testament. In his first epistle, Apostle Peter describes the new birth as taking place from the seed which is the Word of ... In 2020, the band announce a vinyl re-release of ''Reborn'', which sold out quickly. Critical reception ''Reborn'' saw a drastic separation from their previous style, dropping most of the death metal sound of ''Nonexistent'' and ''Inhabit'', in favor of more of a metalcore and hardcore punk sound. The album was well-received by the metalcore and hardcore scene, whereas the death metal scene predominantly disregarded it. The album is widely considered as Living Sacrifice's biggest album. Stephen Thomas Erwine of AllMusic wrote "...the average metal fan will find much here of interest, particularly the pummeling riffs and shredding solos." Fred Keel of Jesus Freak Hideout stated "''Reborn'' is a Christian metal masterpiece recommended for fans of Demon Hunter and Becoming the Archetype." Alex Figgis of Cross Rhythms, for the re ...
