Prosecutor General Of South Korea
The Prosecutor General of South Korea () is the head of the Supreme Prosecutors' Office of the Republic of Korea. Duties The duties are mentioned under the "Prosecutors' Office Act" () enacted since 10 March 1993. Since 31 December 1988, the term is set to two years and cannot be extended according to article 12(3) of the Act. In case of any issues i.e. sick, on leave, resignation and/or death, the assistant prosecutor general will take the position as the interim. Seocho District
Seocho District () is one of the 25 districts which make up the city of Seoul, South Korea. Seocho is a part of the Gangnam region, along with the Gangnam district of Seoul. Seocho District ranks as one of the richest neighborhoods in South Korea and among the most expensive areas in Seoul with an average sales price of 47.75 million South Korean won per 3.3 square meters. Many of the wealthiest residents are concentrated in the three Gangnam districts including Seocho, known as Gangnam School District Eight (). Gwon Seung-ryeol
Gwon Seung-ryeol (; 1895 – September 30, 1980) was a South Korean politician and lawyer who served as the second minister of justice for South Korea from June 6, 1949, to May 21, 1950, and the tenth minister of justice in 1960 from April 25 to August 19. He previously served as the first prosecutor general from October 31, 1948, to June 6, 1949. Kim Oh-soo (; born January 9, 1963) is a South Korean prosecutor who has served as the Prosecutor General from 2021 to 2022.
