The Calcutta High Court is the oldest High Court in India. It is located at Esplanade Row West, Calcutta (Kolkata), West Bengal. Sovandeb Chattopadhyay
Sobhandeb Chattopadhyay is an Indian politician representing Trinamool Congress and is the first elected MLA of the party (elected in 1998). Legislative Assembly elections were held in 2016 for 294 seats of the ''Vidhan Sabha'' in the Indian state of West Bengal.
