Everage Richardson
Everage Lee Richardson (born December 23, 1985) is an American and Icelandic basketball player for the Úrvalsdeild karla club Haukar. A high scoring guard, he has played professionally in Germany, Luxembourg and Iceland. College career After graduating from Washington Irving High School in New York in 2004, Richardson played college basketball at Sullivan County Community College in Loch Sheldrake. He was named Mid Hudson Conference Most Valuable Player in 2004-05 and 2005-06, while earning Junior College All-American distinction twice. While at Coastal Carolina from 2006 to 2008, Richardson averaged 9.5 points, 3.1 rebounds and 2.2 assists a game in 2006-07 and 13.8 points, 4.1 rebounds and 2.0 steals per game as a senior. Club career Richardson set out a year after college and first joined TuS Elbingerode (later named Bodfeld Baskets) of the German Landesliga (seventh-tier) in 2009. Dame Edna Everage, often known simply as Dame Edna, is a character created and portrayed by Australian comedian Barry Humphries, known for her lilac-coloured ("wisteria hue") hair and cat eye glasses ("face furniture"); her favourite flower, the gladiolus ("gladdies"); and her boisterous greeting "Hello, Possums!" As Dame Edna, Humphries wrote several books, including an autobiography, ''My Gorgeous Life''; appeared in several films; and hosted several television shows (on which Humphries also appeared as himself and other alter-egos). Humphries regularly updated Edna.
