Curb-stomp
A curb stomp, also called curbing, curb checking, curb painting, or making someone bite the curb is a form of assault in which a victim's mouth is forcefully placed on a curb and then stomped from behind, causing severe injuries and sometimes death. Notable incidents * In July 2002, 16-year old German Marinus Schöberl was tortured by young neo-Nazis in an abandoned pigsty in Oberuckersee (in the German state of Brandenburg) and was killed after being curb-stomped. The main perpetrator, who was 17 at the time of the killing, was released after serving eight years in prison. * In 2003, Tacoma, Washington, resident Randall Townsend was murdered by four people. Colby Daniel Lopez (born May 28, 1986) is an American professional wrestler. He is currently signed to WWE, where he performs on the Raw brand under the ring name Seth Rollins (often referred to as Seth "Freakin" Rollins). An assault is the act of committing physical harm or unwanted physical contact upon a person or, in some specific legal definitions, a threat or attempt to commit such an action. It is both a crime and a tort and, therefore, may result in criminal prosecution, civil liability, or both. Generally, the common law definition is the same in criminal and tort law. Traditionally, common law legal systems have separate definitions for assault and battery. Vivek Anand Oberoi (born 3 September 1976) is an Indian actor who mainly works in Hindi cinema, in addition to working in few Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Tamil films.
