The BYD Atto 3, also marketed as BYD Yuan Plus () in China and several Latin American countries, is a battery electric compact crossover SUV (C-segment) manufactured by BYD Auto. Part of the BYD Yuan series that is named after the Yuan dynasty, the Yuan Plus was released in mainland China in February 2022. For many overseas markets, the vehicle is BYD's first electric passenger car model. According to BYD, the name "Atto" was inspired by the attosecond, the smallest time scale unit in physics, depicting that the vehicle is "speedy, energetic, and dynamic". Initial plans were to market the Dolphin hatchback as the Atto 2 and the Seal sedan as the Atto 4 in export markets, however these cars ended up retaining its original name. The Amazon Tall Tower Observatory or ATTO is a scientific research facility in the Amazon rainforest of Brazil. This includes a tower that extends far above the forest canopy and two towers that allow researchers to collect samples from the soil surface to above the forest canopy. Additionally, there are climate-controlled containers for laboratory equipment and an office, a base camp and nearby sites for studying vegetation and soil processes. The tall research tower is one metre taller than the Eiffel Tower and is currently the tallest structure in South America. All towers are equipped with a broad range of instruments to measure chemical and physical properties of the atmosphere, such as greenhouse gas concentrations, aerosols and meteorological data. Al Bano and Romina Power are an Italian-American pop music duo formed in 1975 by then-married couple Italian tenor Albano Carrisi and American singer Romina Power, the daughter of Hollywood actor Tyrone Power. They have recorded over 22 albums, which have sold 150 million copies across six decades. Their best known international hits include "Felicità", "Sharazan", "Tu, soltanto tu (Mi hai fatto innamorare)", "Ci sarà", "Sempre sempre", and "Libertà!". They participated twice in the Eurovision Song Contest in and and performed five times at the Sanremo Music Festival, winning in 1984 with the song "Ci sarà". Atto Of Pistoia
Atto of Pistoia, or Saint Atto (; c. 1070 – 22 May 1153), was a Catholic bishop and a professed member from the Vallumbrosan Order as well as the Bishop of Pistoia and a noted historiographer. Life Atto was born around 1070. Spanish historian Enrique Flórez thought Atto was from Badajoz in Extremadura, Spain close to the Portuguese border. A Portuguese source says he was born in Beja, Portugal. He went as a pilgrim to Italy, and stopped at Vallombrosa Abbey where he was welcomed by the abbot, Bernardo degli Uberti. By 1100 he was a Vallombrosian monk at Vallombrosa (in Tuscany), and became Abbot in 1105. He became abbott-general around 1120. He wrote lives of John Gualbert and Bernard degli Uberti, bishop of Parma. In 1135 Atto was made Bishop of Pistoia, also in Tuscany. Atto of Vercelli or Atto II (c. 885 AD – 961 AD) was a Lombard who became bishop of Vercelli in 924. He served as Grand Chancellor to Hugh of Provence and Lothar II, both Kings of Italy in the 10th century. During his time as bishop, Atto was known for his devotion to the welfare of the people in his diocese, both temporal and spiritual, and the vigour with which he attacked ecclesial corruption. He wrote several works in his lifetime. His major compositions include ''Polypticum'', a treatise on the morality of Italy in the day; ''De pressuris ecclesiasticis'', an essay regarding ecclesiastical authority; and the ''Capitulare'', a collection of canon law from his area, including some of the False Decretals, augmented by his own additions of ecclesiastic law. Osman Ali Atto
Osman Ali Atto (1940 – August 5, 2013), also spelled Ato, was a controversial Somali businessman, faction leader, and politician affiliated with the Somali National Alliance. Atto served as the primary advisor and financier of Mohammed Farah Aidid. He was also the Somalia representative of the American petroleum company Conoco. In September 1993 he was captured by American special forces conducting Operation Gothic Serpent in support of UNOSOM II and was released in January 1994. In a battle between him and Aidid in Mogadishu during August 1996, Aidid was fatally wounded by one of Atto's snipers. During the Ethiopian military occupation of the mid-2000's, Atto was member of parliament within the Transitional Federal Government. Atto Melani (30 March 1626 – 4 January 1714) was an Italian castrato opera singer, diplomat and spy. Life Melani was born in Pistoia, the third of seven sons of a local bell-ringer. He was castrated at a young age so that he could become a singer. Three other brothers also became castrati, along with two cousins. His brothers Alessandro Melani and Jacopo Melani both became celebrated composers. He soon attracted the patronage of nobleman Mattias de' Medici. Atto Ayippey Mensah (born 1964) is a football coach and former player. He lives in the Netherlands and holds both Sierra Leonean and Dutch citizenship. Born in Ghana, he came to Sierra Leone in 1980 and played for East End Lions and won the championship in 1980 and 1985. Mensah gained Sierra Leonean citizenship in 1987. An attacking midfielder, Mensah made his international debut for the Sierra Leone national team in the 1988 African Cup of Nations qualification competition in a 2–0 victory over Nigeria in July 1987. He made six caps before moving to the Netherlands in 1989. There he had a trial at Sparta Rotterdam and played in the amateur ranks ending at ASV Arsenal. Adalbert Atto (or Adalberto Azzo) (died 13 February 988) was the first Count of Canossa and founder of that noble house which eventually was to play a determinant role in the political settling of Regnum Italicum and the Investiture Controversy in the eleventh and twelfth centuries. Countship Adalbert first appears in sources as a son of Sigifred of Lucca. He was originally a vassal of King Lothair II and a legionary of Adelard, Bishop of Reggio.
