Zorro (1975 Italian Film)
''Zorro'' is a 1975 swashbuckler Spaghetti Western film based on the character created by Johnston McCulley, directed by Duccio Tessari and starring Alain Delon in the title role. The film was an Italian-French co-production, filmed in Almería, Spain. Ottavia Piccolo and Stanley Baker also star, with ''Zorro'' being Baker's final film before his death in 1976. It was released by United Artists on March 5, 1975, and was both a critical and commercial success. Duccio Tessari
Duccio Tessari (11 October 1926 – 6 September 1994) was an Italian director, screenwriter and actor, considered one of the fathers of Spaghetti Westerns. Born in Genoa, Tessari started in the fifties as documentarist and as screenwriter of peplum films. In 1964 he co-wrote Sergio Leone's ''A Fistful of Dollars'', one year later he gained an impressive commercial success and launched the Giuliano Gemma's career with '' A Pistol for Ringo'' and its immediate sequel, '' The Return of Ringo''. The Cultural Revolution, formally known as the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution, was a sociopolitical movement in the People's Republic of China (PRC) launched by Mao Zedong in 1966, and lasting until his death in 1976. Marino Masé
Marino Masè (21 March 1939 – 28 May 2022) was an Italian actor who appeared in more than 70 films. Life Masè was born in Trieste on 21 March 1939. While still a teenager, he joined the laboratory for young actors of the production company Vides by Franco Cristaldi and studied acting under Alessandro Fersen. He made his stage debut in 1960 in ''L'arialda'', directed by Luchino Visconti, and his film debut in the 1961 adventure '' Romulus and the Sabines'' by Richard Pottier. He had several leading roles in the first half of the 1960s, including Marco Bellocchio's ''Fists in the Pocket'' and Jean-Luc Godard's '' Les Carabiniers'', then he was mainly cast in supporting roles. Giacomo Rossi Stuart (25 August 1925 – 20 October 1994) was an Italian film actor often credited as Jack Stuart or Giacomo Rossi-Stuart. He appeared in more than 80 films between 1953 and 1989. Moustache (actor)
François-Alexandre Galepides, known by the stage name Moustache, was a French actor and jazz drummer of Greek descent. He was born 14 February 1929 in Paris and died 25 March 1987 in Arpajon in a car accident. Biography In 1948 he joined Lorient, the orchestra of Claude Luter, as a drummer, playing in clubs of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. He also regularly accompanied Sidney Bechet in France. From 1950, he led his own bands (''Les sept complices'' and ''Les gros minets''). With the group Moustache et ses Moustachus, from 1956, he recorded, as a drummer and singer, several rock'n'roll novelty songs (e.g. "Le Croque-Skull-Creux", on a text by Boris Vian). Giampiero Albertini (20 December 1927 – 14 May 1991) was an Italian film, television and voice actor. Biography Born in Muggiò, Albertini started his career as stage actor at the Piccolo Teatro in Milan, under the guidance of Giorgio Strehler. Enzo Cerusico (22 October 1937 – 26 November 1991) was an Italian film actor. He appeared in more than 50 films between 1951 and 1984. Career in the United States Cerusico's first role on American television was in a 1966 episode of ''I Spy'' filmed in Rome.
