You Are Here (Thenewno2 Album)
''You Are Here'' is the debut album by Thenewno2. It was released online on 1 August 2008 and in stores on 31 March 2009. The album was written, produced, and performed by Dhani Harrison and Oliver Hecks. The album was recorded and mixed by Paul Hicks. "Another John Doe", a single from the album, was released via iTunes on 31 March 2008. The iTunes edition includes the two bonus tracks "Jokes On You" and "You Gotta Wait". Two tracks from the album, "Crazy Tuesday" and "Another John Doe", were played on radio station 103.1 on 19 June and 20 June 2008. The song "Yomp" was featured as a downloadable song for the '' Rock Band'' series, and "Crazy Tuesday" was featured as one of the 20 free songs that were downloadable with the purchase of '' Rock Band 2''. The rest of the album was announced to be released on ''Rock Band'' on Dhani Harrison's MySpace bulletin, though the rest of the album remains unreleased in the game. Thenewno2
Thenewno2 (styled as thenewno2) is an English alternative rock band from London. Originally composed of Dhani Harrison and Oliver Hecks, with Harrison playing lead guitar and singing lead vocals, and Hecks playing drums and synthesizer. As of 2014, the band consisted of Harrison, Jonathan Sadoff, Jeremy Faccone, Paul Hicks, Aaron Older and Frank Zummo. The name "Thenewno2" is a reference to the 1960s British television show ''The Prisoner''. Thenewno2 have been credited with the album design for George Harrison's ''Brainwashed'' and '' Dark Horse Years'' box set, and for ''Concert for George'', and the menu design for the 2005 '' Concert for Bangladesh'' DVD. Hecks was the still photographer for the Concert for George in 2002, and some of his photographs appear in Genesis Publications' limited-edition book from the same event. Marc Mann
Marc Mann is an American keyboardist, guitarist, programmer, arranger and conductor. He has a Master's Degree in Music from UCLA. Mann is known for his work with Oingo Boingo, Jeff Lynne and the Electric Light Orchestra. Mann is credited as performer, arranger or producer on 54 albums. He is a long-time collaborator with Danny Elfman in such films as the ''Men in Black'' series, '' Mars Attacks!'', '' Sleepy Hollow'', plus many more. Nick Fyffe
Nick Fyffe (born 14 October 1972) is an English bassist, known for being an ex-bassist of English funk group Jamiroquai. He replaced Stuart Zender in 1999 with the release of the album ''Synkronized''. He was in the process of applying to a Jamiroquai tribute band when he got the offer to join Jamiroquai. Fyffe recorded and toured with the band until his departure in 2003.
