Winny De Jong
__NOTOC__ Winny de Jong (born 9 October 1958 in Hazerswoude-Rijndijk) is a former Dutch politician. From 28 May 2002 till 30 January 2003 she was a member of the House of Representatives of the Netherlands; at first for the Lijst Pim Fortuyn (LPF) and since October 2002 for the ''Groep De Jong''. Personal life & LPF Her family moved to Monheim am Rhein in Germany when she was four years old. In 1989 she moved back to the Netherlands and started a career as a photo model and actress. She became head of the Consumer and Quality of the Central Food Trade Agency, a position that regularly caused her to be at loggerheads with the farmers in the Netherlands, including Wien van den Brink, who later became her colleague in the LPF parliamentary faction. She got some publicity after Pim Fortuyn had asked her as future fractievoorzitter (faction leader) for the LPF. She was also tipped as a future leader of the party by the media. Hazerswoude-Rijndijk is a Dutch village located in the province of South Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Alphen aan den Rijn, and lies about 5 km west of the village center. Harry Wijnschenk
Hartog Hank Richard (Harry) Wijnschenk (born 24 January 1964 in Amsterdam) is a former Dutch politician. From 2002 to 2003 he was an MP for the Pim Fortuyn List (LPF), and later for the Wijnschenk Group. He briefly served as leader of the LPF in 2002. Biography Wijnschenk has a Jewish background. He worked as a magazine editor and started his political career as an executive for the local branch of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD) in his hometown of Almere. Later he joined the LPF and served as a politician in parliament after taking over fellow LPF MP André Peperkoorn's seat who resigned before he was sworn in. In August 2002, Wijnschenk was elected leader of the LPF, replacing Mat Herben who had resigned due to infighting within the party.
