We're No Heroes (often abbreviated WNH) are a three-piece band from Cardiff, Wales, composed of Tom Collins, Michael Owen, and Luke Llewellyn. They first formed in the summer of 2009 at a downtown South Side recording studio in Chicago, US. Their debut record ''Crossing Over'' was a demo released for free in February 2010 in the UK and the US. The band's debut EP, ''Quiet Colours'', was recorded late February 2011 and released on 15 June. Their music influences are widely varied due to the different musical backgrounds of the members. However, they have been said to have a funky take on angular ’80s indie and zeitgeist-snaring math rock, playing spot on angular fast paced guitar tunes, which have been compared to other bands such as A Certain Ratio, Spandau Ballet, Gang Of Four, and The Whitest Boy Alive, to name a few. Cardiff
Cardiff (; cy, Caerdydd ) is the capital and largest city of Wales. Egyptian Hip Hop
Egyptian hip hop is a form of hip hop music in Egypt that draws inspiration from both regional and global events. History Hip-Hop music reached Egypt when Andrew A. El-Sayid (OsamaBinRappin), a rapper from West Covina, California took Dr. Dre's "Nuthin' but a 'G' Thang" ft. Snoop Dogg cassette single, and DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince's "Boom! Shake the Room" red cassette single to Egypt on July 25th 1993. During his visit to Egypt he would play the music for his cousins, and would take the two cassettes on tour throughout his 1 month vacation, to cities such as Alexandria (Agami Beach) and would eventually leave it accidentally with the DJ at 'Disco 54' a club downstairs at the hotel he stayed at in Marsa Matruh. Chlöe Howl
Chlöe Howl (born Chlöe Louise Howells; 4 March 1995), is a British singer-songwriter. She was shortlisted for the BBC Sound of 2014 and the 2014 BRIT Awards: Critics Choice Award. Career Early life Chlöe Howl (real name Chlöe Howells) was born on 4 March 1995 in England. The unusual use of the diaeresis above the "o" in her name is said to be a mistake her parents made on her birth certificate. Her father is from Wales and her mother is English. She grew up in the village of Holyport, near Maidenhead, Berkshire. She attended Holyport Primary, and then Altwood Secondary School. At the age of 10 she recorded and sold her own Christmas CD (singing '' All I Want for Christmas Is You'') to help raise funds for her primary school. Howl left school aged 16 and signed a record deal with Columbia Records shortly afterwards. Public Service Broadcasting is a London-based musical group consisting of four musicians known mainly by their stage names: J. Peace are an English indie rock quartet, formed in Worcester. The band consists of brothers Harry (vocals, guitar) and Sam Koisser (bass), Doug Castle (guitar) and Dom Boyce (drums). The band began to receive critical acclaim in early 2012, from publications such as ''The Guardian'' and ''NME'', who compared them to The Maccabees, Foals, Wu Lyf and Vampire Weekend.
