Wangjing subdistrict ( Chinese: 望京街道) is a subdistrict office in Chaoyang district, Beijing. Wangjing SOHO () is a complex of three curvilinear asymmetric skyscrapers in Wangjing in Beijing, China, between central Beijing and Beijing Capital International Airport. The towers contain both office and retail space. Originally the SOHO was designed as a two-tower complex but due to height concerns it was redesigned as a three-tower project featuring towers of lower maximum height. One of the more than a dozen properties developed by SOHO China, the complex officially opened on 20 September 2014. The tallest of the three towers is the seventh-tallest woman-designed building in the world. Design The structure was designed by Iraqi architect Zaha Hadid. Wangjingxi Station
Wangjingxi () is an interchange station between Lines 13 and 15 on the Beijing Subway. The station was the western terminus of Line 15 until it was extended west to Qinghua Donglu Xikou on December 28, 2014. There are plans to have the future Line 17 stop here as well. History Wangjing West was originally going to be the terminus for the Capital Airport Express, so when the station was built in 2003, it was designed with dual-island platforms.
