''Weiland'' is the fourth album by the Germany, German symphonic metal, symphonic folk metal, folk/doom metal band Empyrium. It is the second acoustic music, acoustic album released by the band, and the first to be completely sung in German language. All their previous albums only contained English language, English lyrics, even though two songs on the album Where at Night the Wood Grouse Plays have German names, i.e. 'Abendrot' ''(English: Sunset glow)'' and 'Wehmut' ''(English: Melancholy)'', which are instrumental tracks. Paul Weiland OBE (born 11 July 1953) is an English motion picture and television director, writer, and producer. Weiland is a director and producer of television commercials in the UK, having made over 500 commercials, including a popular and long-running series for Walkers crisps. He has also directed several British television series, including ''Alas Smith and Jones'' (1989–1992) and '' Mr. Bean'' (1991–1992). Gavin Weiland Huff (born October 22, 2000), better known under his middle name Weiland, is an American rapper, singer, music producer, and songwriter from Tampa, Florida. Weiland is currently signed to Steven Victor's Victor Victor label and is known for his studio albums ''Weiland'' and ''Vices'' released under the labels. He is also known for providing American rapper and collaborator Yeat with his recording template. Thomas Weiland (born October 24, 1951) is a German electrical engineer, physicist and entrepreneur. He is a professor of electrical engineering and headed the Institute of Electromagnetic Field Theory at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology of the Technical University of Darmstadt from 1989 to 2017. Kyle Edward Weiland (born September 12, 1986) is an American former professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Boston Red Sox and Houston Astros. Career Boston Red Sox Weiland attended the University of Notre Dame, where he played for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish baseball team.
