''The Victim'' is a four-part Scottish thriller miniseries starring Kelly Macdonald, James Harkness, John Hannah and John Scougall. The series was produced by STV Studios and first broadcast on BBC One television in April 2019. The series was shot on location in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Port Glasgow and Largs. "Victims" is a song by English band Culture Club, released as a single in 1983 and taken from the album ''Colour by Numbers''. As with most early Culture Club singles, the song is about lead singer Boy George's then publicly unknown and rather turbulent relationship with drummer Jon Moss. Although the group's previous single " Karma Chameleon" had been a massive hit throughout the world, "Victims" was only issued in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, and Australia. The piano ballad peaked at #3 on the UK Singles Chart. In Ireland, it peaked at #2, and in Australia, at #4. The single was not released in the United States, Canada or Japan, where they released "Miss Me Blind" instead; reportedly, Epic felt that the song was too depressing to be a single for the US market. The discography of Gojira, a French heavy metal band, consists of seven studio albums, three live albums, one film score album (live), four demo albums, one extended plays, ten singles, seventeen music videos, and three video albums. Gojira was formed in 1996 under the name Godzilla by guitarist Joe Duplantier, his brother, drummer Mario Duplantier, guitarist Christian Andreu, and bassist Alexandre Cornillon. Jean-Michel Labadie replaced Cornillon in 1998. Godzilla released a series of demos from 1996 to 2000. The band changed their name to Gojira due to legal reasons in 2001, and released their first full-length album, '' Terra Incognita'', in March 2001 through Gabriel Editions (themselves). The Victims were an Australian punk band from Perth, Western Australia, active from 1977 to 1979. The founding mainstay members were James Baker on drums, Dave Flick (Dave Faulkner) on guitar and vocals, and Rudolph V (Dave Cardwell) on bass guitar. Their debut single, "Television Addict", was issued in April 1978 and was followed by a five-track extended play, ''The Victims'', in August of that year. The group disbanded early in the next year. In 1989 Timberyard Records released a compilation album, ''All Loud on the Western Front'', of their material. In late 2014 and early 2015 Baker and Faulkner were joined by Ray Ahn (of Hard-Ons) as the Television Addicts to perform the Victims material. Victims were a Swedish hardcore punk band, originally hailing from Nyköping, at the end of their career they were based in Stockholm. The final line-up consisted of lead vocalist and bass player Johan Eriksson, drummer Andy Henriksson, guitar player, vocalist Jon Lindqvist and guitar player Gareth Smith. Since their 1997 inception, the band released seven LPs and two EPs, through labels like Havoc Records, La Familia, Deathwish, Tankcrimes, Relapse and more. They also have appeared on splits with From Ashes Rise, Kylesa, and Acursed. Good Vibrations was a Belfast record label and store. Founded by Terri Hooley in the early 1970s, Good Vibrations started out in a small derelict building on Great Victoria Street, Belfast. Good Vibrations began life as a record shop, opening in late 1976; it grew to become a popular record shop. ''The Intruder'' () is an 1892 novel by the Italian writer Gabriele D'Annunzio. It is known as ''The Victim'' in the United States. It tells the story of the dandy Tullio Hermil who is habitually unfaithful to his patient and loving wife Giuliana, until the wife eventually does the same and becomes pregnant with another man's child. The book was published in English in 1897, translated by Georgina Harding. The book was first adapted for film in 1912 by Edoardo Bencivenga. It was also the basis for Luchino Visconti's last film, '' The Innocent'', released in 1976. Visconti's version stars Giancarlo Giannini as Tullio and Laura Antonelli as Giuliana.
