Val D'Europe Station
Val d'Europe is a railway station on the RER A line in Val d'Europe, the eastmost part of the new town of Marne-la-Vallée. The station's full name is Serris – Montévrain – Val d'Europe, a recognition that the station serves more specifically the communes of Serris and Montévrain. The station also serves the nearby neighbourhoods of Chessy and Jossigny and the large shopping mall of Val d'Europe. History The district of Val d'Europe was planned and developed in conjunction with The Walt Disney Company, who wished to create a new town near the Disneyland Paris resort. Thus, on 1 April 1992, RER line A was extended to Marne-la-Vallée – Chessy to serve Disneyland Paris. Réseau Express Régional
The Réseau Express Régional ( en, Regional Express Network), commonly abbreviated RER (), is a hybrid commuter rail and rapid transit system serving Paris and its suburbs. It acts as a combined city-centre underground rail system and suburbs-to-city-centre commuter rail. In the city centre it acts much like the Paris Métro, though faster, having fewer stops. This has made it a model for proposals to improve transit within other cities. The network consists of five lines: A, B, C, D and E. The network has 257 stations and has interchanges with the Métro and commuter rail within the City of Paris and the suburbs. The lines are identified by letters to avoid confusion with the Métro lines, which are identified by numbers. MI 84
The MI 84 (French: ''Matériel d'Interconnexion de 1984'', English: ''interconnection rolling stock of 1984''), also known as the Class Z 8100 is a dual-voltage electric multiple unit trainset that is operated on line B of the Réseau Express Régional (RER), a hybrid suburban commuter and rapid transit system serving Paris and its Île-de-France suburbs. The 73 four-car trains were built by a consortium of French manufacturers Alsthom and ANF Industrie (which would be purchased by Bombardier in 1989 before the end of the deliveries). The final assembly of the trains was performed at Alstom's Valenciennes factory and ANF's Crespin factory between 1985 and 1990. The design of the MI 84 was derived from the earlier MI 79 built for the RER B, but with modifications to make it better suited for the RER A line. The Gare de Lyon, officially Paris-Gare-de-Lyon, is one of the six large mainline railway stations in Paris, France. It handles about 148.1 million passengers annually according to the estimates of the SNCF in 2018, with SNCF railways and RER D accounting for around 110 million and 38 million on the RER A, making it the second-busiest station of France after the Gare du Nord and one of the busiest in Europe. Noctilien
Noctilien is the night bus service in Paris and its agglomeration. It is managed by the Île-de-France Mobilités (formerly the STIF), the Île-de-France regional public transit authority, and operated by RATP (with 32 lines) and Transilien SNCF (with 16 lines). It replaced the previous '' Noctambus'' service on the night of 20/21 September 2005, providing for a larger number of lines than before and claiming to be better adapted to night-time transport needs. Marne-la-Vallée – Chessy also appearing on platform displays as Marne-la-Vallée Chessy - ''Parcs Disneyland'', is a large combined RER (commuter rail), and high-speed rail station in Chessy, Seine-et-Marne, France, about east of Paris, located on the LGV Interconnexion Est opened in 1994.
