''Un Estilo'' (English ''A style'') is the 1st studio album by Mexican pop singer Ana Gabriel. It was released on 1985. She participated with the song Búscame (''Look for me'') in the OTI Festival OTI Festival ( es, Festival OTI de la Canción, pt, Festival OTI da Canção), often known simply as La OTI, was an international song competition, organised annually between 1972 and 2000 by the Organización de Televisión Iberoamericana (OTI) ... which media started to know about her. In the beginning she found it difficult, as no label was willing to give her the opportunity, til the then-label CBS Records, now Columbia Records, signed her. Ana Gabriel
María Guadalupe Araujo Yong (born December 10, 1955), better known as Ana Gabriel, is a Mexican singer and songwriter from Guamuchil, Sinaloa, Mexico. She first sang on the stage at age six, singing "Regalo A Dios" by José Alfredo Jiménez. She moved to Tijuana, Baja California and studied accounting. At age 21, in 1977, she recorded her first song, titled "Compréndeme". During her long career, she has hits in three different genres of music: Latin pop and Mariachi. As of 2013, Gabriel had released twenty studio albums, three live albums, and fifteen compilation albums. Three Gabriel albums reached number one on the ''Billboard'' Latin Pop Albums, and seven singles reached number one on the ''Billboard'' Hot Latin Songs chart, including " Ay Amor", " Es Demasiado Tarde", and " Quién Como Tú".
