Nelson Charles Dellis (born February 4, 1984) is an American memory athlete and consultant. He is a six-time USA Memory Champion, holding the record for most wins of the national memory champion title. He is also one of the co-founders of Memory League (formerly, Extreme Memory Tournament). Nelson also runs ''Climb 4 Memory'' - a nonprofit which "aims to raise funds and awareness for Alzheimer's disease research through mountain climbs around the world." Josie Zayner (formerly Josiah Zayner; alternatively Jo; born February 8, 1981) is a Do-it-yourself biology, biohacker, artist, and scientist best known for her self-experimentation and work making hands-on genetic engineering accessible to a lay audience, including CRISPR. Preston Estep
Preston "Pete" Wayne Estep III (born 1960) is an American biologist and science and technology advocate. He is a graduate of Cornell University, where he did neuroscience research, and he earned a Ph.D. in Genetics from Harvard University. He did his doctoral research in the laboratory of genomics pioneer Professor George M. Church at Harvard Medical School. Estep is an inventor of several technologies including DNA chip-based readout of transposon-based selections and universal DNA protein-binding microarrays (PBMs). James Charles Russell is a New Zealand conservation biologist and professor at the University of Auckland. Career Russell gained a PhD on the genetics and invasion ecology of rats from the University of Auckland. Russell is most widely known for his research on Norway rats (''Rattus norvegicus'') in New Zealand.
