The University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee at Waukesha is a two-year college located in Waukesha, Wisconsin, Waukesha, in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. A branch campus of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, it is part of the University of Wisconsin System. Like the other two-year UW campuses, UWM at Waukesha's land and buildings belong to a local government unit, in this case Waukesha County, Wisconsin, Waukesha County. As part of the local-state partnership, the University of Wisconsin provides faculty, staff, educational programs, technology, furnishings, libraries, and supplies. In 2018, the college became a regional campus of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, after previously being a part of the University of Wisconsin Colleges. Edward Jackamonis
Edward George Jackamonis Jr. (October 19, 1939January 22, 2006) was an American educator and Democratic politician from Waukesha, Wisconsin. He was the 69th speaker of the Wisconsin State Assembly (1977–1983) and served 12 years in the Assembly, representing Wisconsin's 98th Assembly district from 1971 to 1983. He subsequently served as executive director of the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority from 1983 to 1988. William Wegman (born December 2, 1943) is an American artist best known for creating series of compositions involving dogs, primarily his own Weimaraners in various costumes and poses. Life and career Wegman originally intended to pursue a career as a painter. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in painting from Massachusetts College of Art and Design in 1965 and a Master of Fine Arts degree in painting from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign in 1967. By the early 1970s, Wegman's work was being exhibited in museums and galleries internationally. Neal Nelson
Neal Nelson is a basketball, tennis, and golf coach, as well as an associate professor at the University of Wisconsin–Waukesha. He is most well known for his basketball coaching accomplishments, such as a career at UW-Waukesha with over 500 wins, and 5 Wisconsin Collegiate Conference state titles. In 2012, he was elected into the Wisconsin Coaches Hall of Fame. The Wisconsin State Assembly is the lower house of the Wisconsin Legislature. Together with the smaller Wisconsin Senate, the two constitute the legislative branch of the U.S. state of Wisconsin. Tien Hung-mao (; born 7 November 1938) is a Taiwanese diplomat and political scientist. He was the Minister of Foreign Affairs from 20 May 2000 until 1 February 2002.
