''Twilight: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack'' is the official soundtrack to ''Twilight'', released on November 4, 2008. The soundtrack was chosen by music supervisor Alexandra Patsavas; while the score, ''Twilight: The Score'', was composed by Carter Burwell. The soundtrack album was released by Patsavas' Chop Shop label in conjunction with Atlantic Records. It debuted at #1 on the ''Billboard'' 200, having sold about 165,000 copies in its first week of release, 29% of which were digital downloads. ''Twilight: The Score'' was made available for digital download on November 25, 2008, and the album was released to stores on December 9, 2008. Pop Rock
Pop rock (also typeset as pop/rock) is a fusion genre with an emphasis on professional songwriting and recording craft, and less emphasis on attitude than rock music. Originating in the late 1950s as an alternative to normal rock and roll, early pop rock was influenced by the beat, arrangements, and original style of rock and roll (and sometimes doo-wop). Paramore
Paramore is an American Rock music, rock band from Franklin, Tennessee, formed in 2004. The band currently consists of lead vocalist Hayley Williams, guitarist Taylor York and drummer Zac Farro. Williams and Farro are founding members of the group, while York, a high school friend of the original lineup, joined in 2007. The band is signed to Fueled by Ramen, a subsidiary of Atlantic Records, both owned by Warner Music Group. Williams was separately signed to Atlantic as she was scouted when she was a teenager, and they were the only label to let her stay in the band instead of going solo, but Atlantic said the rest of the band had to sign to Fueled by Ramen.
