In commerce, a "''third-party source''" means a supplier (or service provider) who is not directly controlled by either the seller (first party) nor the customer/buyer (second party) in a business transaction. The third party is considered independent from the other two, even if hired by them, because not all control is vested in that connection. There can be multiple third-party sources with respect to a given transaction, between the first and second parties. This right, known as a ''ius quaesitum tertio'', arises when the third party ('' tertius'' or ''alteri'') is the intended beneficiary of the contract, as opposed to a mere incidental beneficiary (''penitus extraneus''). A minor party is a political party that plays a smaller (in some cases much smaller, even insignificant in comparison) role than a major party in a country's politics and elections. The difference between minor and major parties can be so great that the membership total, donations, and the candidates that they are able to produce or attract are very distinct. Some of the minor parties play almost no role in a country's politics because of their low recognition, vote and donations. The Standards in Public Office Commission (SIPO) ( ga, Coimisiún um Chaighdeáin in Oifigí Poiblí) is an independent body established in December 2001 by the Irish Government under the Standards in Public Office Act, 2001. It replaced the Public Offices Commission which was established in November 1995 by the Ethics in Public Office Act, 1995. The current government has enacted legislation to introduce an Electoral Commission, which would initially replace SIPO's electoral functions as well as handling other functions relating to elections and referendums in the state. Third Party (stylised Third ≡ Party) is a British progressive house DJ duo consisting of Jonnie Macaire and Harry Bass, based in Essex, London. They are best known for their single "Everyday Of My Life" and the collaboration " Lions in the Wild" with Dutch DJ Martin Garrix. They began their musical career as producers by releasing singles and remixes. Career The duo met at school and via their mutual interest in music production, they formed Third Party.
