''There & Back: Ashley Parker Angel'' is a MTV reality television series which ran for ten weeks in early 2006. It chronicled the efforts of former O-Town (band), O-Town member Ashley Parker Angel to launch a solo career while providing for his new family. In the show, Ashley must manage his career while also having to provide for his fiancée, Tiffany Lynn Rowe, Tiffany Lynn, and his new son, Lyric (whose birth was the first shown on MTV). The show debuted on January 9, 2006, and ended on March 13, 2006. Ashley Parker Angel
Ashley Parker Angel is an American musician and actor who rose to prominence as a member of the boyband O-Town. After the band dissolved he had a brief solo music career, and was the only former band member who declined to go on a reunion tour with O-Town in 2011. Parker Angel has acted in several Broadway productions since 2007, and most recently appeared in ''Wicked'' as the lead male character Fiyero Tigelaar. Early years Ashley Parker Angel is the child of Darren and Paula Parker. His grandparents are of German and Irish descent. Ashley was named after the fictional character Ashley Wilkes, his mother's favorite character from Margaret Mitchell's 1936 novel ''Gone with the Wind'', and the classic film of the same title. When Ashley was three years old, his parents divorced. His mother later remarried, and Ashley was legally adopted by his stepfather, Ron Angel, who is of American Indian descent. O-Town (band)
O-Town (also known as OTWN or OTOWN) is an American boy band formed from the first season of the reality television series ''Making the Band'' in 2000. As of 2015, the group consists of Erik-Michael Estrada, Trevor Penick, Jacob Underwood, and Dan Miller. The original line up included Ashley Parker Angel. Ikaika Kahoano was originally part of the band but was replaced by Miller after dropping out of the group. After releasing two albums near the end of the boy band fad of the late 1990s and early 2000s, the group disbanded in 2003. Tiffany Lynn Rowe (born May 29, 1979 in Baltimore, Maryland), also known professionally as Tiffany Lynn, is an American model and actress, initially best known as the partner and later fiancée of singer-songwriter Ashley Parker Angel in the reality series '' There and Back''. Career Modeling Rowe began her modeling career at the age of 15 and modeled in the United States, Mexico, England, Italy, Germany, and South Africa, among other countries. She was employed by Storm Model Management in Europe and later Elite Model Agency when in Los Angeles.
