Elliot Page
Elliot Page (formerly Ellen Page; born February 21, 1987) is a Canadian actor. He has received various accolades, including an Academy Award nomination, two BAFTA Awards and Primetime Emmy Award nominations, and a Satellite Award. Page publicly came out as transgender in December 2020. In March 2021, he became the first openly trans man to appear on the cover of ''Time''. Page first came to recognition for his role in the television franchise '' Pit Pony'' (1997–2000), for which he was nominated for a Young Artist Award, and for his recurring roles in ''Trailer Park Boys'' (2002) and ''ReGenesis'' (2004). One of Page's first roles in a mainstream US-distributed film was in the 2003 made-for-television film '' Going For Broke''.
