Phoca Thumb L Takhti1 ورزشگاه تختی مشهد
''Phoca'' ( ) is a genus of the earless seals, within the family Phocidae, source of the French name for seal, 'phoque'. It now contains just two species, the common seal (or harbour seal) and the spotted seal (or largha seal). Several species formerly listed under this genus have been split into the genera ''Pusa'', ''Pagophilus'', and ''Histriophoca''. Until recently, ''Phoca largha'' has been considered a subspecies of ''Phoca vitulina'' but now is considered its own species. For this reason, the fossil history of the genus is unclear, and it has formerly been used as wastebasket taxon for a number of fossils of uncertain affinity. Species Currently there are two members: Former members of ''Phoca'': * ''Histriophoca fasciata'' (ribbon seal) * ''Pusa caspica'' (Caspian seal) * ''Pusa hispida'' (ringed seal) * ''Pusa sibirica'' (nerpa or Baikal seal) * ''Pagophilus groenlandica'' (harp seal) Mating ecology Both harbour and spotted seals are aquatically mating pinnipeds. Friendly Match
An exhibition game (also known as a friendly, a scrimmage, a demonstration, a preseason game, a warmup match, or a preparation match, depending at least in part on the sport) is a sporting event whose prize money and impact on the player's or the team's rankings is either zero or otherwise greatly reduced. In team sports, matches of this type are often used to help coaches and managers select and condition players for the competitive matches of a league season or tournament. If the players usually play in different teams in other leagues, exhibition games offer an opportunity for the players to learn to work with each other. The games can be held between separate teams or between parts of the same team. An exhibition game may also be used to settle a challenge, to provide professional entertainment, to promote the sport, to commemorate an anniversary or a famous player, or to raise money for charities. Several sports leagues hold all-star games to showcase their best players a ...

Football Venues In Iran
Football is a family of team sports that involve, to varying degrees, kicking a ball to score a goal. Unqualified, the word ''football'' normally means the form of football that is the most popular where the word is used. Sports commonly called ''football'' include association football (known as ''soccer'' in North America and Australia); gridiron football (specifically American football or Canadian football); Australian rules football; rugby union and rugby league; and Gaelic football. These various forms of football share to varying extent common origins and are known as "football codes". There are a number of references to traditional, ancient, or prehistoric ball games played in many different parts of the world. Contemporary codes of football can be traced back to the codification of these games at English public schools during the 19th century. The expansion and cultural influence of the British Empire allowed these rules of football to spread to areas of British infl ...

Hazfi Cup
Hazfi Cup (Jām-e Hazfi; ) is the Iranian football knockout cup competition, run by the Iranian Football Federation. The Iranian football league was not held during the 1980s, hence the winner of Hazfi Cup represented Iran in the Asian Club Championship. After the revive of the league system, the champion of Iranian league qualified for Asian Club Championship and the winner of Hazfi Cup ran for Asian Cup Winners' Cup. However, the Asian Cup Winners' Cup merged with the Asian Champions Cup in 2002–03 to form the AFC Champions League and Iran had been initially given two (and later four) slots in this competitions. The IRIFF decided to award one of Iran's AFC Champions League spots to the winner of the Hazfi Cup, and since then, the winners of Hazfi Cup have always been allocated a spot in the AFC Champions League. The competition was founded in 1975 as Pahlavi Cup but after revolution continued as Hazfi Cup. Esteghal is the most successful club with seven titles. Format T ...

Mashhad Derby
The Mashhad derby ( fa, شهرآورد مشهد), also known as the Razavi Khorasan derby ( fa, شهرآورد خراسان رضوی), is a football local derby match between the four most popular clubs from Mashhad: Aboomoslem and Payam and Siah Jamegan and Padideh. In the 1980s and early 1990s, it was Iran's second most important derby after the Tehran derby. It has lost its status to more popular derbies such as Isfahan derby, Ahwaz derby, Tabriz derby, Gilan derby and Shiraz derby. History Historically, the top two football clubs from Mashhad, F.C. Aboomoslem and Payam Khorasan, would face their chief rival in this derby from 1984 until 1989 and later in 1991-1992 when competing in Mashhad Football League and Khorasan Football League. F.C. Aboomoslem was owned by Iran Police Force and Payam Khorasan owned by Ministry of Post and Telecommunications. The derby venue, Takhti Stadium, would fill with respective fans carrying their club's banner color: black—Aboomoslem; ...

Iran Football's 2nd Division
Iranian football's 2nd division ( fa, ليگ دسته دوم ایران) is the third-highest football division overall in the Iranian football league system. Before 2001, the 2nd division league was the second-highest division in Iranian football league system, however, this was changed to third-highest division when Iran's football structure officially became professional. The league consists of two, fourteen team groups who play each other twice in a home and away format. The first and second placed teams in each group are automatically promoted to the Azadegan League. The bottom two teams in both groups are automatically relegated to the 3rd division. If teams in the promotion or relegation spots are tied in terms of points, a home and away series will be played. The team with the best aggregate score will either avoid relegation or win promotion. Sometimes these rules are not followed exactly. For example in the 2005–06 season, Deihim Ahvaz should have been relegated, but ...
