Thomas Dutton
Sir Thomas Dutton (1 August 1421 – 23 September 1459) was a medieval English knight. He was the son of Sir John Dutton and Margaret Savage.VCH Lane, 1911, IV, 305 His family owned an estate, Dutton Hall in Cheshire. The original building is now located in West Sussex, having been moved there in the 1930s; the building housed Stoke Brunswick School, at Ashurst Wood, south of East Grinstead. Sir Thomas Dutton, his brother John, his eldest son Peter Dutton, and his father-in-law Lord Audley all died on 23 September 1459 at the Battle of Blore Heath, during the War of the Roses. Lord Audley was in command of approximately 10,000 troops defending the throne of King Henry VI. Thomas Goldsworthy Dutton
Thomas Goldsworthy Dutton (1820–1891) was a 19th-century English marine lithographer, drawing, draftsman, watercolourist, marine painting, painter, and etcher. Early life Born in 1820 in London, Middlesex, England, and named after his father, an Ironmonger. Dutton married Martha Foster on 27 Apr 1843, at St John, Hackney, Middlesex. He lived thereafter mainly in Lambeth. Career He has the reputation of being one of the finest lithographers of 19th-century nautical scenes and ship portraits. He was also a noted watercolorist, and oil painter. His marine paintings were generally created for his lithographs. These original works are quite rare in the marketplace. He practised from premises in Fleet Street, London, and his work was often exhibited at the Suffolk Street Gallery between 1858 and 1879. Thomas Dutton (born 1985) is an American musician, singer, songwriter, and record producer. He is best known as the founder and frontman of the indie rock band Forgive Durden, one half of the indie pop duo Cardiknox, and his current solo project Only Twin. Early life and career Dutton grew up in Bellevue, Washington. He began playing guitar around age 10-11 when his father bought a guitar for his younger brother Paul. Dutton was heavily influenced by Disney movies as a child, particularly ''Aladdin'', which inspired his love of music and performance. He has a Little Mermaid tattoo thanks to the influence that Disney had on him. From middle school onward, Dutton was involved in various bands. He was strongly influenced by the local Seattle music scene, attending shows by local musical groups such as Gatsbys American Dream.
