Spencer Smith (musician)
Spencer James Smith (born September 2, 1987) is an American talent agent and former musician and songwriter. He is best known as a co-founding member and the former drummer of the rock band Panic! at the Disco. He recorded four studio albums with the band: ''A Fever You Can't Sweat Out'' (2005), '' Pretty. Odd.'' (2008), '' Vices & Virtues'' (2011), and ''Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die!'' (2013). The band's debut album went triple platinum and charted at No. 13 on the US ''Billboard'' 200, spearheaded by the hit single "I Write Sins Not Tragedies", which peaked at No. 7 in the ''Billboard'' Hot 100. After recording four albums with the band, he announced his departure from Panic! on April 2, 2015 via the band's official website, citing a need to settle his drug issues.

Spencer Smith is a British triathlete who won ITU Triathlon World Championships in 1993 and 1994. Athletic career Smith moved on from short course Olympic-distance racing to long course and has competed in a number of full Ironman and half-iron distance races following his short course career. He finished 5th at the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii, in 1998, and 8th in 2000. He won two Ironman Distance races: Ironman Florida in 2001 and Ironman Brazil in 2002. In 1998, Smith was accused of using the banned substance nandrolone. After a long and costly case, he was exonerated after 17 months. During the Court of Arbitration for Sport hearing in New York it was found that the Los Angeles testing laboratory had made an error. John Spencer Smith
John Spencer Smith FRS (11 September 1769 – 5 June 1845) was a British diplomat, politician and writer. Husband of Constance Smith (née Herbert) (Byron's Florence). Career Smith joined the British Army in 1790 as an ensign, later promoted to lieutenant. When France declared war on Britain in February 1793 he was in Turkey with his elder brother, Sidney Smith, who obtained a position for him in the British embassy in Constantinople. He was private secretary to the ambassador, Robert Liston, and was chargé d'affaires after Liston left Constantinople in November 1795. He was formally appointed Secretary of Legation in 1798 and continued to serve as chargé d'affaires ''ad interim''. Smith left Constantinople in 1801 and arrived in England just in time to be invited to stand for Parliament for the borough of Dover in the United Kingdom general election of 1802.
