Spanish Stage Of The UEFA Regions' Cup
The Spanish stage of the UEFA Region's Cup is a biennial Spanish association football, football tournament for amateur teams which represent the Spanish Autonomous Communities. Its winner qualifies for the next UEFA Regions' Cup, played the following year. History The tournament was created in 1999, after the 1999 UEFA Regions' Cup where there was no qualifying tournament and Madrid autonomous football team, Madrid represented Spain in the international contest (they eventually finished as runners-up). It is contested by all 19 Autonomous communities of Spain, autonomous cities and communities, with Navarre autonomous football team, Navarre the last territory to participate in 2005. Only amateur players between 18 and 35 years old, who never signed a professional contract, are eligible for this tournament. This is a list of all qualifying competitions which are played to decide each national representative in the UEFA Regions' Cup. Each UEFA member nation has one place in the biennial Regions' Cup, with the competitions in this list being organised by the respective nations' football associations. The winners of each tournament advance to either the preliminary or intermediary round of the Regions' Cup. 2021 UEFA Regions' Cup
The 2021 UEFA Regions' Cup was originally to be held as the 12th edition of the UEFA Regions' Cup, a football competition for amateur teams in Europe organized by UEFA, before being cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The final tournament of this edition would originally be held in June 2021, with the qualifying rounds originally taking place in 2020. The 2017 UEFA Regions' Cup was the 10th edition of the UEFA Regions' Cup, a football competition for amateur teams in Europe organized by UEFA.
