Sister (2012 Film)
''Sister'' (french: L'Enfant d'en haut) is a 2012 Swiss Crime film, crime drama film directed by Ursula Meier. The film competed in competition at the 62nd Berlin International Film Festival, where it won the Special Award, the Silver Bear. The film was selected as the Swiss entry for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film, Best Foreign Language Oscar at the 85th Academy Awards, making the January shortlist. Plot Twelve-year-old Simon (Kacey Mottet Klein) lives with his older sister, Louise (Léa Seydoux), in a housing complex below a luxury Swiss ski resort. Ursula Meier (born 24 June 1971) is a France, French-Switzerland, Swiss film director and screenwriter. The Hawai'i International Film Festival (HIFF) is an annual film festival held in the United States state of Hawaii. The Golden Bear (german: Goldener Bär) is the highest prize awarded for the best film at the Berlin International Film Festival. The bear is the heraldic animal of Berlin, featured on both the coat of arms and flag of Berlin.
