The Second League of Serbia and Montenegro was the second tier of the football league system in Serbia and Montenegro, one level below the First League of Serbia and Montenegro. Serbia and Montenegro ( sr, Cрбија и Црна Гора, translit=Srbija i Crna Gora) was a country in Southeast Europe located in the Balkans that existed from 1992 to 2006, following the breakup of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (SFR Yugoslavia) which bordered Hungary to the north, Romania to the northeast, Bulgaria to the southeast, Macedonia to the south, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina to the west, and Albania to the southwest. Fudbalski klub Obilić ( Serbian Cyrillic: Фудбалски клуб Обилић) is a Serbian football club based in Vračar, a neighbourhood of Belgrade. FK Radnički Pirot () is a football club based in Pirot, Serbia. They compete in the Serbian League East, the third tier of the national league system. History The club was founded immediately after World War II in 1945. They made their Yugoslav Second League debut in the 1969–70 campaign. FK Palilulac Beograd () is a football club based in Krnjača, Belgrade, Serbia. They compete in the Belgrade Inter-Municipal League, the sixth tier of the national league system. History The club was founded as BSK Zlatibor on 15 June 1924. The name was later changed to FK Palilulac in 1928. After the conclusion of World War II, the club was reactivated in 1948, keeping its previous name. FK Železnik
FK Železnik () is a football club based in Železnik, Belgrade, Serbia. They competed in the First League of Serbia and Montenegro from 1996 to 2005. The club made its solo European appearance in the 2004–05 UEFA Cup and went on to win the Serbia and Montenegro Cup in the same season. FK Budućnost Valjevo () is a defunct football club based in Valjevo, Serbia. History The original club was founded as SK Sloga in 1920. They were, however, banned by the authorities after just a year. In 1925, the club continued its activities as RSK Valjevo and was led by some founding members of the previous club. Both groups were played in league system. By winter break all clubs in each group meet each other twice, home and away, with the bottom four classified from A group moving to the group B, and being replaced by the top four from the B group. At the end of the season the same situation happened with four teams being replaced from A and B groups, adding the fact that the bottom three clubs from the B group were relegated into the third national tier.
