Sarah, Duchess of York (born Sarah Margaret Ferguson; 15 October 1959), also known by the nickname Fergie, is a member of the British royal family. She is the former wife of Prince Andrew, Duke of York, the younger brother of King Charles III. She was raised in Dummer, Hampshire, and attended the Queen's Secretarial College. She later worked for public relations firms in London, and then for a publishing company. Ferguson began a relationship with Prince Andrew in 1985, and they were married on 23 July 1986 at Westminster Abbey. They have two daughters, the princesses Beatrice and Eugenie. Their marriage, separation in 1992, and divorce in 1996 attracted much media coverage. Both during and after her marriage, Sarah has been involved with several charities as a patron and spokesperson. Sarah Craig Ferguson ( – 14 September 2022) was a Jersey politician. Sarah studied at Manchester University, graduating with a degree in Electrical Engineering and took her MBA at Columbia University Graduate School of Business in New York City, majoring in Finance and accountancy with a minor in marketing. She worked in manufacturing, retail, finance, compliance but spent the major part of her career in finance concluding as a Senior banking supervisor at the Financial Services Commission. In her spare time she also served as a Constables Officer and later as a Centenier in St Brelade. . She was a member of the States of Jersey since 2002, and was sworn in as a Senator in November 2008. She lost her seat in 2014. In 2016, she was re-elected to the Assembly in a by-election triggered by the resignation of Senator Zoe Cameron. Ferguson died on 14 September 2022, at the age of 80.

Sarah Jane "Salty" Ferguson (née Sands; born July 27, 1935) is a former right fielder and catcher who played from through in the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League. Wrigley, who was in charge both of the Wrigley Company and the Chicago Cubs Major League Baseball club. Wrigley decided to create the league as a promotional sideline to maintain interest in baseball. By then, the military draft was depleting Major League rosters of first-line players and attendance declined at ballparks around the country. Arthur Meyerhoff, Wrigley's advertising director, was given the responsibility of coordinating operations.
