Sam Kim
Sam Kim (; born February 19, 1998) is an American singer-songwriter, producer, and guitarist based in South Korea. He is signed under Antenna Music, having finished as the runner-up of the talent show ''K-pop Star 3''. He made his official debut on April 10, 2016 with the EP ''I Am Sam'', and followed it with the studio album '' Sun and Moon'' on November 22, 2018. Life and career Sam Kim was born in the United States, where he attended Todd Beamer High School in Federal Way, Washington. He has a younger brother Jooyoung and sister, Sujin. After passing preliminary auditions in Los Angeles, Kim moved to South Korea at the age of 15 to participate in the third season of the talent show ''K-pop Star''. ''I Am Sam'' is the debut EP by Korean-American singer-songwriter Sam Kim. The songs "Mama Don't Worry", "Seattle" and "Your Song" were released as the digital pre-release EP ''My Name Is Sam'' on March 28, 2016. The full-length EP, with the single "No Sense", was released digitally on April 10, 2016 and physically on April 11, 2016 through Antenna Music. Promotion A music documentary, directed as a collaboration between Uranium238 and Teo Film Post, was produced as a tie-in with ''My Name Is Sam''. It follows You Hee-yeol accompanying Kim on a visit to the United States for a showcase at the Blue Whale Jazz Club in Los Angeles and a surprise reunion with Kim's family. Woo Ji-ho (; born September 14, 1992), known professionally as Zico (), is a South Korean rapper, record producer, singer and songwriter. He debuted as the leader of the boy band Block B in 2011 and made his first solo release in 2014. Zico is notable for his crossover skills within the Korean hip hop scene, maintaining an underground reputation along with mainstream appeal as a Korean idol. He is a record producer of both K-pop and Korean hip hop music. He is also part of the crew Fanxy Child, which he formed in 2016. In 2019, he released his first full-length solo album, ''Thinking''. Formerly an independent label, it was fully incorporated as a subsidiary under Kakao Entertainment in August 2021. You Hee-yeol (; born April 19, 1971) is a South Korean singer-songwriter, radio disk jockey, and the host of ''You Hee-yeol's Sketchbook''. He is the founder of the record label Antenna Music and the sole member of the project band Toy. Biography You Hee-yeol was born in Seoul and attended Kyungbock High School. He graduated from Seoul National University's College of Music with a major in composition. He first appeared in the local pop music scene by winning the grand prize at the fourth You Jae-ha Music Contest held in 1992 with the song "달빛의 노래" ("The Moonlight Song").
