	Pătârlagele Pătârlagele (also spelled ''Pătîrlagele''; ) is a town in Buzău County, Muntenia, Romania. At the 2021 census it had a population of 6,276. Geography Pătârlagele is located in the western part of the county, along the national road DN10 connecting Buzău and Brașov.
