Minugu Taare
Kalpana (18 July 1943 – 12 May 1979), born Lata, was an Indian actress who appeared in Kannada films. She was affectionately referred to as ''Minugu Taare'' ("A Shining Star") among the film fraternity. She was widely recognised as one of the greatest actresses of Kannada cinema who enjoyed both fan following and critical acclaim. She made her screen debut as a lead actress in the 1963 release '' Saaku Magalu'' directed by veteran B. R. Panthulu. During a career that spanned from the early 1960s to the late 1970s, Kalpana appeared in numerous commercially successful as well as critically appreciated films, many of which featured her alongside actor Rajkumar. ''The Shining Star'' or ''Indiana Shining Star'' was an African American newspaper published in Anderson, Indiana, from 1922 to about 1927. It is the only known African-American newspaper ever published there. The newspaper was founded in 1922 by Edward Giles Irvin (1893-1982), the youngest of the ten founding members of the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity. Mario Fargetta (born 19 July 1962, Lissone, Milan, Italy) is an Italian house/electronic music DJ, producer, songwriter, and remixer. He is best known for his involvement with the groups the Tamperer featuring Maya, and, since 2005, Get Far, which is a pseudonym of both his last name and his desire to take his musical direction beyond the Italian dance sound, of which he has been associated with since the late 1980s.
