Scenery
Theatrical scenery is that which is used as a setting for a theatrical production. Scenery may be just about anything, from a single chair to an elaborately re-created street, no matter how large or how small, whether the item was custom-made or is the genuine item, appropriated for theatrical use. History The history of theatrical scenery is as old as the theatre itself, and just as obtuse and tradition bound. What we tend to think of as 'traditional scenery', i.e. two-dimensional canvas-covered ' flats' painted to resemble a three-dimensional surface or vista, is a relatively recent innovation and a significant departure from the more ancient forms of theatrical expression, which tended to rely less on the actual representation of space and more on the conveyance of action and mood. By the Shakespearean era, the occasional painted backdrop or theatrical prop was in evidence, but the show itself was written so as not to rely on such items to convey itself to the audience. Mount Scenery
Mount Scenery (pronounced like the word 'scenery') is a dormant volcano in the Caribbean Netherlands. Its lava dome forms the summit of the Saba island stratovolcano. At an elevation of , it is the highest point in both the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and, since the dissolution of the Netherlands Antilles on 10 October 2010, the highest point in the Netherlands proper. The Saba volcano is potentially dangerous. It is currently classified as "dormant", which means it is an active volcano that is not erupting now, but could erupt in the future. The last eruption was in or around the year 1640 and included explosions and pyroclastic flows. The most recent major eruption was at least 5,000 years ago. According to the U.S. Global Volcanism Program, Saba's volcano is the northernmost active volcano in the Caribbean. On 2 September 2019, Mount Scenery Nature Park was elevated to the status of national park. It has a hiking trail to the summit of the volcano, which is one of Saba's big ...

Scenery (Ryo Fukui Album)
is a 1976 jazz album by Japanese pianist Ryo Fukui. It was Fukui's first release. Scenery (Emily King Album)
''Scenery'' is the third studio album by American singer-songwriter Emily King. It was released by ATO Records on February 1, 2019, making it her first on the label. Following 2015's '' The Switch'', King reunited with producer Jeremy Most to work on the album. ''Scenery'' peaked at number six on the US ''Billboard'' Heatseekers Albums. The song "Look at Me Now" gained a nomination for Best R&B Song and Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical at the 2020 Grammy Awards. Composition ''Scenery'' is a pop, R&B, neo soul, dream pop, post-disco album with touches of gospel, jazz, and tropical music. King recorded the album in a studio build by her and Jeremy Most in a garage in the Catskill Mountains. The move from her urban life in New York City to the Catskills is reflected in the album's title, as King felt she needed a "change of scenery". The lyrics of album closer "Go Back" also touch on this, with the line "so I lick my wounds, I got nothing to lose, I’m heading out on my own" ...

Mirror Ball (Neil Young Album)
''Mirror Ball'' is the 23rd studio album by Canadian-American musician Neil Young, and features members of American rock band Pearl Jam. It was released on June 27, 1995, through Reprise Records. The album has been certified gold by the RIAA in the United States. In the same year, Pearl Jam released an accompanying EP titled '' Merkin Ball''. Background As grunge peaked in popularity in the early 1990s, some of the bands expressed admiration for Young's career and influence. At least one music writer noted a similarity in ethos and style between the emerging genre and Young's work, dubbing him the "Godfather of Grunge". Of the younger groups, Young had a particularly close relationship with Pearl Jam. He explains, "We're sympathetic. They're definitely old souls—they've been around. Musically there's youthful energy, but without the sound of inexperience. And our musical styles are compatible; it's like a big wall of sound with a lot of nuances in there."Durchholz, Daniel, and G ...
