Riley's First Date
''Riley's First Date?'' is a 2015 Pixar computer animated romantic comedy short film written and directed by Josh Cooley. It premiered on August 14, 2015, at the D23 Expo in Anaheim, California, and was included in the October 13, 2015, Digital HD release of '' Inside Out'', as well as the November 3, 2015, Blu-ray release. The short follows the events of the 2015 film '' Inside Out'' and involves Riley's parents and their emotions, suspecting that Riley is going out on a date with a boy named Jordan. Plot Riley, now 12, is relaxing with her parents at home when a school friend, a boy named Jordan (seen briefly at the end of ''Inside Out''), shows up to take her skating. Riley's parents suspect their daughter is going out on a date, and their emotions react. Josh Cooley
Joshua Cooley (born May 23, 1979) is an American animator, screenwriter, director and voice actor. He is best known for directing the 2019 film ''Toy Story 4'', the fourth film of the Toy Story (franchise), ''Toy Story'' franchise, for which he won the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature. He also worked on the 2015 Pixar animated film ''Inside Out (2015 film), Inside Out'' and directed the short film ''Riley's First Date?'' that was included in its home video release.
