Red Bull Art Of Motion
Red Bull Art of Motion is a parkour and freerunning competition, established in 2007 and created by Red Bull GmbH, Red Bull. It is an international competition with qualifiers being held in various regional competitions around the world throughout the year. Winners from the regional competitions each year earn their ticket to get to the finals, held towards the end of the year. The inaugural competition was held in Vienna, Austria, and has since been held in various other countries, including England, Kuwait, United States, Sweden, Greece (Santorini), and most recently in Matera, Matera, Italy. Judging of the event is based on several criteria including creativity, flow, execution, and difficulty. Red Bull GmbH () is an Austrian private company known for its range of energy drinks of the same name. It is also known for its sponsorship of a range of sporting events and teams. The headquarters of Red Bull GmbH are located in Fuschl am See, Salzburg. History Austrian entrepreneur Dietrich Mateschitz and Thai businessman Chaleo Yoovidhya founded Red Bull GmbH in 1984. While working for German manufacturer Blendax (later acquired by Procter & Gamble) in 1982, Mateschitz traveled to Thailand and met Chaleo, owner of TC Pharmaceuticals. He found that the energy drink Krating Daeng, developed by Chaleo's company during the 1970s, helped to ease his jet lag. Nathan Weston (July 1782 – 1872) was a justice of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court from July 1, 1820 to October 21, 1841, serving as chief justice from October 22, 1834 to October 21, 1841. Born in Augusta, Weston graduated from Dartmouth College in 1803 and read law to gain admission to the bar in Boston, Massachusetts, in July 1806. He was appointed Chief Justice of the 2nd Circuit Court of the District of Maine in 1811, and then Associate Justice Supreme Judicial Court July 1, 1820, becoming chief justice on October 22, 1834, and serving in that capacity until October 21, 1841.
