	Ramsey Railway Station (Manx Electric Railway) Ramsey Station ( Manx: ''Stashoon Raad Yiarn Rhumsaa'') serves the town of Ramsey in the Isle of Man; it is the northern terminus of the Manx Electric Railway. It was formerly known as Ramsey (Plaza) Station after the nearby Plaza cinema, now demolished and turned into a car park. Today it is often also known as Ramsey Tram Station and signage to this effect adorns the station, despite the line being described as a railway. It should not be confused with Ramsey's former station on the Isle of Man Railway. Beginnings The station is in the heart of the town, and originally consisted of a simple lean-to shelter incorporating a booking hall with nearby stalls similar to that seen today at Laxey Station; but the area has been subject to changes over many years. The site was mostly cleared and the station facilities were located within the Plaza Building for some time. 	Ramsey Station (Metro Transit) Ramsey is a commuter rail station along the Northstar Line in Ramsey, Minnesota, approximately 35 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. It is the first infill station on the route, fitting between stations in Elk River and Anoka. Those stations opened when Northstar began service on November 16, 2009, while Ramsey opened just over three years later on November 14, 2012. The station is located next to Ramsey's city hall at The COR (formerly known as Ramsey Town Center), a transit-oriented development next to the line. 	Ramsey Route 17 Station Ramsey Route 17 is one of two railroad stations operated by New Jersey Transit in the borough of Ramsey, Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. Named after nearby Route 17, trains at the station are serviced by the Main Line and Bergen County Line, along with Metro-North Railroad's Port Jervis Line. History The current station at Ramsey Route 17 is located next to the Westervelt–Ackerson House on Island Road, which saw service beginning on October 19, 1848, with the opening of the Paterson and Ramapo Railroad.
