Russian Destroyer Udaloy
''Udaloy'' was a of the Russian Navy. Development and design Project 1155 dates to the 1970s when it was concluded that it was too costly to build large-displacement, multi-role combatants. Cienfuegos (), capital of Cienfuegos Province, is a city on the southern coast of Cuba. It is located about from Havana and has a population of 150,000. ''Admiral Isakov'' () was a of the Soviet Navy and briefly of the Russian Navy, named for Soviet admiral Ivan Isakov. The second ship of her class, she served mostly during the Cold War from her commissioning in 1970.
