Rear Admiral Robert P. Stevens, (born 14 March 1948) is a former Royal Navy officer who served as Commander Operations and Rear Admiral, Submarines. Naval career Educated at Britannia Royal Naval College and Manchester Business School, Stevens joined the Royal Navy in September 1966 and was appointed Commanding Officer of the submarine in 1979 and of the submarine in 1985. He went on to be assistant director of Strategic Systems at the Ministry of Defence in 1989 and Commanding Officer of the frigate as well as Captain of the 7th Frigate Squadron in 1992. Plot The show follows a group of professional thieves who struggle to keep their work separate from the rest of their lives. The leader of the group Bobby Stevens seeks to end his criminal ways after a few more big scores. His plan is not successful and his wife Hope becomes suspicious. Robert K. "Bob" Stevens (June 20, 1938 – October 5, 2001) was a British-born American photojournalist for the ''Sun'', a subsidiary of American Media, located in Boca Raton, Florida, United States. He was the first journalist killed in the 2001 anthrax attacks when letters containing anthrax were mailed to multiple media outlets in the United States. The anthrax attacks also killed four others in the United States and sickened seventeen others. Personal Robert Stevens was born in Britain, but he resided in Lantana, Florida, with his wife Maureen Stevens, also from Britain. Stevens and his wife had three children, Nicholas Stevens, Heidi Hogan, and Casey Tozzi. Many people described Stevens as a person who loved to spend time outdoors. Robert Jordan Stevens (April 17, 1907 – December 30, 2005) was an American professional baseball player who played in twelve games for the Philadelphia Phillies during the season. He played 12 games in 1931, hitting .343 in 35 at-bats with four RBI. His baseball career also included time in the Carolina League. He was honored at Veterans Stadium in August 2000 and helped to unveil a plaque to be placed at the site of the original Baker Bowl National League Park, commonly referred to as the Baker Bowl after 1923, was a baseball stadium home to the Philadelphia Phillies from 1887 until 1938, and the first home field of the Philadelphia Eagles from 1933 to 1935. Bob Stevens (sportswriter)
Robert E. Stevens (October 10, 1916 – January 2, 2002) was an American sports journalism, sportswriter who wrote for the ''San Francisco Chronicle'' from 1935 to 1981, interrupted by service in the United States Navy, Navy during World War II. He was known for his coverage of the San Francisco Giants from the team's arrival in San Francisco in 1958 until 1978. Stevens also worked as an official scorer for baseball games during part of his tenure at the ''Chronicle'', and again after he retired from the paper. In 1999 he was awarded the J. G. Taylor Spink Award by the Baseball Writers' Association of America for outstanding contributions to baseball writing. The press box at Oracle Park is named in his honor. Bob Stevens (born November 25, 1954) is an American sportscaster, best known as a former anchor on the ESPN family of networks. He was at ESPN from 1995 to 2002. Stevens graduated from Tulsa University in 1977 with a degree in communications. From 1987-90, Stevens was the sports director at KOTV in Tulsa, Oklahoma. From 1990-94, Stevens was the weekend sports anchor for WEWS in Cleveland, Ohio. While he was there, Stevens created a popular show called ''Sports Sunday'', which wrapped up the week in local sports ranging from professional, amateur, and high school. From 1994-96, Stevens worked as the sports director at WEWS, which he continued doing a month into his ESPN duties. Robert Francis Stevens (2 October 1928 – 3 October 2008) was an Australian amateur golfer. He won the 1952 Australian Amateur. He was a member of the Australian team that won the first Commonwealth Tournament in 1954 and was also in the team that won the inaugural Eisenhower Trophy in 1958. Early life Stevens was born in Adelaide on 2 October 1928, the son of Frank Stevens, an on-course bookmaker. At about the age of 8 he started playing golf at Glenelg Golf Club. His younger brother Gavin was also an amateur golfer, and later played Test cricket for Australia. Golf career In 1946 Stevens won the South Australian boys championship.
