Ricardo Rodríguez Suárez (; born 3 April 1974), is a Spanish association football, football coach who is the manager of J1 League club Kashiwa Reysol. He was declared the best coach of the J1 League in the 2021 J1 League, 2021 season, in which he won the Emperor's Cup with Urawa Red Diamonds. Also, he won the Japanese Super Cup in 2022. Ricardo Iván Rodríguez Araya (born 25 August 1992) is a Swiss professional Association football, footballer who plays as a left-back for La Liga club Real Betis, Betis and Switzerland national football team, Switzerland national team. Rodriguez began his professional career at local club FC Zürich in 2010, having spent eight years in the youth setup. Rodriguez was drafted by the Kansas City Royals in the 17th round of the 1981 Major League Baseball Draft, but did not sign, opting to attend the University of Tennessee. He was drafted again by the New York Mets in the 9th round of the 1984 Major League Baseball Draft, and signed.
