R.E.D. (professional Wrestling)
, more commonly abbreviated as R・E・D was a professional wrestling stable primarily appearing in the Japanese promotion Dragon Gate. The group was formed on September 24, 2018 by former Antias members Ben-K, Yasushi Kanda, Takashi Yoshida, Big R Shimizu, Eita and freelancer Kazma Sakamoto. Since forming, the group has also included foreign wrestlers Pac and Daga. History The group has history going back to 2015 when it originally formed as VerserK, before being renamed to Antias in January 2018. After the group suffered many losses in early 2018, with El Lindaman, T-Hawk and Shingo Takagi all leaving for other promotions, and general poor reception of the stable's second incarnation, new leader Eita announced a complete rebranding of the stable on September 6, and that same night, added Ben-K as the newest member after he betrayed his group MaxiMuM. The Open the Brave Gate Championship is a professional wrestling title in Japanese promotion Dragon Gate; it has a weight limit of , though it has been defended against heavier wrestlers in the past. It can be considered the secondary singles title in Dragon Gate and is more of a light heavyweight championship. Title history The championship was created on March 13, 2005 when Naruki Doi defeated Yossino in a tournament final. The faceplate logo on the belt is divided into eight pieces, each piece representing the eight wrestlers who fought in the tournament to determine the inaugural champion. During Gamma's reign, he threw away all eight pieces of the faceplate and replaced it with his own plate, renaming it Open the Gamma Gate, dictating and often changing the rules of his title defenses. is a Japanese professional wrestler, currently working for the Japanese professional wrestling promotion Dragon Gate where he is a former Open the Brave Gate Champion. The Open the Twin Gate Championship is a professional wrestling tag team title created and promoted by the Japanese promotion Dragon Gate. Dragon Gate had used the WAR IJ Tag Team Championship since 2006, until 2007 when Masato Yoshino and Naruki Doi introduced the new Twin Gate after winning the Summer Adventure Tag League tournament. They later defeated the IJ champions, Kenichiro Arai and Taku Iwasa, to unify the titles and become the first Twin Gate champions. Naruki Doi and Yamato, Cima and Dragon Kid hold the most successful consecutive defenses with nine. The Open the Triangle Gate Championship is a professional wrestling trios title in Japanese promotion Dragon Gate. It was created on November 7, 2004 when The Italian Connection faction of Milano Collection A.T., Anthony W. Mori and Yossino defeated Aagan Iisou's Shuji Kondo, Takuya Sugawara and "brother" Yasshi in a tournament final. Each title belt's face has three emblems on it, shaped in a triangle, that represent Power, Technique and Mind. , better known by his ring name , is a Japanese professional wrestler currently signed to Dragon Gate. He is not related to fellow Dragon Gate wrestler and long term ally/rival Masaaki Mochizuki, who debuted much earlier for WAR. is a Japanese professional wrestler, better known by the ring name . He is currently a full-time wrestler for Dragon Gate. He has also competed in Wrestling Society X and Ring of Honor. When Horiguchi's hairline began receding, the fans began to chant H-A-G-E ( being Japanese for "baldness") at him. He managed to use this to gain a sort of cult popularity, and his catchphrase, "Who has called me hage?", is one of the best known in Japan. The Open the Dream Gate Championship is a professional wrestling world championship created and promoted by the Japanese promotion Dragon Gate. The wrestler who holds it is considered the top singles wrestler in Dragon Gate. It was created on July 4, 2004 when Cima was awarded the title as a result of being the last Último Dragón Gym Champion. Description The title belt's face has a "gate" on it represented by a hinged metallic door which contains a plate with the titleholders' name. Masato Yoshino
is a retired Japanese professional wrestler, best known for working in Dragon Gate, where he was known as ''Speed Star''. Dragon Gate's second Grand Slam champion, having been a record six-time Open the Brave Gate Champion, four-time Open the Dream Gate Champion and two-time King of Gate winner, Yoshino was one of the most decorated and longest-tenured wrestlers in Dragon Gate. He made his debut in 2000 as part of Toryumon's Toryumon 2000 Project, where he graduated as part of the 7th term. In his nearly 21-year professional wrestling career, he notably also wrestled for Ring of Honor, Pro Wrestling NOAH and Dragon Gate USA (Dragon Gate's United States expansion).
