Primetime Emmy Award
The Primetime Emmy Awards, or Primetime Emmys, are part of the extensive range of Emmy Awards for artistic and technical merit for the American television industry. Bestowed by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (ATAS), the Primetime Emmys are presented in recognition of excellence in American primetime television programming. The award categories are divided into three classes: the regular Primetime Emmy Awards, the Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards to honor technical and other similar behind-the-scenes achievements, and the Primetime Engineering Emmy Awards for recognizing significant contributions to the engineering and technological aspects of television. Randy Stone (August 26, 1958 – February 12, 2007) was an American actor, producer, and casting director. He was a co-founder of The Trevor Project. Career Stone began his acting career in 1976 as a child actor on ''Charlie's Angels''. However, most of his acting roles were as an adult. He appeared in two episodes of '' Space: Above and Beyond'', and did two film roles. His most notable performance was as the hapless gay Los Angeles millionaire Michael Beebe in the second-season episode ''Beware of the Dog'' on the television series ''Millennium''. ''The Incident'' is a 1990 American made-for-television drama film directed by Joseph Sargent and starring Walter Matthau and Harry Morgan which was originally broadcast on CBS on March 4, 1990. The film marked Matthau's return to television after over 20 years. ''Lonesome Dove'' is a 1989 American epic Western adventure television miniseries directed by Simon Wincer. It is a four-part adaptation of the 1985 novel of the same name by Larry McMurtry and is the first installment in the ''Lonesome Dove'' series.
