''Pati Patni Aur Woh'' () is a 1978 Hindi movie produced and directed by B. R. Chopra. The film stars Sanjeev Kumar, Vidya Sinha, Ranjeeta Kaur, and in guest appearances Rishi Kapoor, Neetu Singh, Tina Munim and Parveen Babi. The film was remade under the same name in 2019 starring Kartik Aaryan, Bhumi Pednekar and Ananya Pandey. The film was directed by Mudassar Aziz and produced by Bhushan Kumar. Plot The film starts off indicating the parallels of the story with that of Adam & Eve. Here, Adam is Ranjeet ( Sanjeev Kumar), Eve is Sharda ( Vidya Sinha) while the apple is Nirmala ( Ranjeeta Kaur). Ranjeet is newly employed in a company, whose pay scales can be gauged from the fact that he goes to work on a bicycle. Kamleshwar Prasad Saxena (6 January 1932 – 27 January 2007), known mononymously as Kamleshwar, was a 20th-century Indian writer who wrote in Hindi. He also worked as a screenwriter for Indian films and television industry. Among his most well-known works are the films ''Aandhi'', '' Mausam'', ''Chhoti Si Baat'' and ''Rang Birangi''. He was awarded the 2003 Sahitya Akademi Award for his Hindi novel '' Kitne Pakistan'' (translated in English as ''Partitions''), and the Padma Bhushan in 2005. Mahendra Kapoor (9 January 1934 – 27 September 2008) was an Indian playback singer. In a long career spanning decades, his repertoire included popular songs such as ''Chalo ekbaar phir se Ajnabi ban jayen hum dono'' ( Gumrah) and ''Neele Gagan ke tale'' ( Hamraaz).
