The Piraeus Football Clubs Association (, abbreviated E.P.S.P. (Ε.Π.Σ.Π.) was founded in 1925 after the termination of E.P.S. Athens-Piraeus. It was the second largest football association in Greece and was officially recognized by FIFA alongside E.P.S. Athens, as the Hellenic Football Federation had not been established at the time. After the establishment of Alpha Ethniki it became the Piraeus Football Clubs Association for amateurs. History Olympiacos participated in Piraeus Championship from the first time in 1925, immediately after its inception. They were invincible and won the final defeating Piraikos with 4-2. In the early years they were a great opponent of Ethnikos Piraeus, who won the championship of 1928, while the two clubs tied in 1930 and were declared both champions. Piraeus ( ; ; , Ancient: , Katharevousa: ) is a port city within the Athens urban area ("Greater Athens"), in the Attica region of Greece. It is located southwest of Athens city centre along the east coast of the Saronic Gulf in the Athens Riviera. APO Keratsini
Keratsini Football Club () is a Greek football club based in Keratsini, Greece. It plays in Piraeus FCA championship (EPS Piraeus). History Keratsini was founded in 1926 by Mpiskos and Diatsigkos with the name AO Neapoli, who later became ESKO IE, one of the Union Clubs Keratsini Orfeas. It was one of the four founding clubs of Piraeus FCA. In 1926, the team settled in Keratsini, renamed Athletic Football Club Keratsini. The Club took its final form in 1968 by merging with AO Amfiali. In 1991, the Keratsini first reached the Fourth Division and in 1994 in Gamma Ethniki. In 1994, the team lost the Greek Amateur Cup final on penalties (5–4). From 1997–2000 and 2004–2006, it again reached Gamma Ethniki League. Delta Ethniki
Delta Ethniki () was the fourth level of Greek football championship. During the period of its existence, it was the lowest national division of the Greek championship. It was founded in the 1982–83 season and abolished in the 2012–13 season, as it was merged with the third division (Football League 2). Its history therefore spans 31 years. Many historical clubs of first division (Super League) have played in Delta Ethniki, such as Iraklis (2011–12 season), Ethnikos Piraeus, Apollon Smyrnis and Atromitos. The clubs of Delta Ethniki were divided in groups on the basis of geographical criteria. The groups usually comprised 10 teams, though this number varied between 4 and 12 over the years. Peramaikos Football Club () is a Greek football club founded in 1953. History The club has spent one season (1986–1987) in the Gamma Ethniki. Nikolaos Petrakis, a businessman from Perama, became club chairman and led the club to promotion with talented players like Vallidis. After achieving promotion, Nikolaos Petrakis had health problems and left. Peramaikos were relegated to the regionalized Delta Ethniki. In Greek Cup played with Panetolikos F.C. and in this game Peramaikos lost 1–0. The last 20 years plays in Delta Ethniki. The club was nearly involved in a merger with Aias Salamina F.C. in 2009.
