Pathri Assembly Constituency
Pathri (Assembly constituency) is one of four constituencies of the Maharashtra Vidhan Sabha located in Parbhani district. It is a part of the Parbhani Lok Sabha constituency along with five other assembly constituencies, viz Jintur, Parbhani and Gangakhed from Parbhani district and Partur and Ghanasawangi from Jalna district. Along with whole Pathri taluka, Pathri Assembly constituency also includes whole of Manwath and Sonpeth taluka Parbhani Taluka 42 villages. Suresh Warpudkar
Suresh Ambadasrao Warpudkar (born 15 July 1951) is an Indian politician who is the member of Maharashtra Legislative Assembly in 2019 from Pathri as an Indian National Congress candidate. He was also a minister of state in Government of Maharashtra and Member of Parliament in 1998 from Parbhani. 2019 Maharashtra Legislative Assembly Election
The 2019 Maharashtra Legislative Assembly election was held on 21 October 2019 to elect all 288 members of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, state's Legislative Assembly. After a 61.4% turnout in the election, the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Shiv Sena (SHS) won a majority.
